Provider data

Provider pages repeat information CMS publishes in the public NPPES file. We do not show mailing addresses, we reveal individual providers' phone numbers only on request, and we do not sell or rent contact lists. Providers can ask us to hide a listing.

Visitor data

Bulk check lists are processed in memory and not stored. For rate limiting we keep a salted hash of your IP address and a daily row count. If you join the waitlist or send a removal request, we keep the email address and details you enter, only to answer that request.

Server logs (IP address, page, time, user agent) are kept for up to 30 days for security. If advertising is enabled, our ad partner may use cookies; you will be asked for consent where the law requires it.
